I am Meenal Chaudhari, a psychotherapist at Layers of Self in Saratoga, CA, with double Masters, M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Bombay University, India and Counselling Psychology in Holistic Studies from John F. Kennedy University, CA. I use the five layers of Self or Koshas as my framework in my work with my clients.
